Can I have a combination of flavours?
Yes of course, you can have whatever you like. Nearly all our clients choose to have a different flavour on each tier.
Please bear in mind that for most designs, to ensure stability of the cake, a fruit cake cannot be on a higher tier than sponge cakes.
However, if you want a small fruit cake we can provide a separate cutting cake.
Can you do eggless or gluten free cakes?
Yes, we regularly make eggless sponges.
However, due to EU Regulations, please see details on allergens, since we cannot guarantee any cakes are 100% egg free due to being produced in a kitchen which produces other cakes.
Unfortunately we cannot provide gluten free, dairy free or vegan cakes.
Please let us know any special requirements before your consultation.
Can I have fresh flowers on my cake?
Yes, we love working with fresh flowers. We normally ork arrange for your florist to work with us.
Please be aware that some flowers such as lilies and ivy are unsuitable to be placed on a cake as they may be poisonous.
Can I have edible sugar flowers?
Yes, we can create any sugar flower arrangement for your design.

Yes, we request a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date for cake orders under £500.
For orders over £500 we request a £100 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is to secure your date and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Use of marzipan
We do not normally use marzipan on our sponge cakes, we use a delicious chocolate ganache.
On our fruit cakes we use a layer of marzipan to help create a perfect finish for the icing layer
and to keep the cake moist.
